Upaj is a term of great significance in classical music. It is the moment, the space where the artist spontaneously innovates.
Shuddhanaad presents Upaj, Unleashing the Rising. With an intent to promote and encourage young artists to explore an innovative space in their traditional art and also go beyond the known boundaries, ‘Upaj’ is a day-long concert with many young classical artists coming together.
1 day, 11 hours, 22 artists, unusual combinations of performers, Upaj brings the space for each and every audience member to immerse in the aura of classical music.
