Pierre is passionate about music but still finds the time to ski, his second hobbies at which he excels.

Sulliman Altmayer plays violin and is very dedicated to chamber music. He created the Trio Con Fuoco in 1998 whilst studying with Paul Boufil. Sulliman has toured the world and played with the most esteemed musicians of today classical scene. His concerts are regularly broadcasted on radio (France Musique) and television (France 3, Arte, Mezzo…).

Marc Desmons plays viola but he shines particularly in orchestra, having recently been appointed principal for the Orchestre Philarmonique de Radio-France. Marc did not stop there and he started a career as a conductor. He has always been attracted by other countries and he travelled a lot, discovering magnificent countries and civilisations, in particular Ladakh in India and Peru.

Julien Dabonneville is a wide-ranging viola player: he particularly enjoys chamber music and he successfully created several formations which ended up winning multiple prices and a nomination to the Victoire de la Musique in 2006. Julien is also passionate about Jazz and you can regularly hear him playing in various jazz clubs in Paris. Julien has toured around the world with his chamber music friends.

Gauthier Herrmann is passionate about music, especially chamber music and travel. He plays a French cello built in 1754. He is part of the Trio con Fuoco and run Arties Event Management. His curiosity and thirst of discovery already took him through more than 30 countries.

Romain Descharmes is a talented pianist who studied in Paris but quickly gained international fame and is invited to play around the world. Romain is praised for his sensibility and his ability to listen. He recorded several discs only for piano and chamber music which were acclaimed by the critics. Romain is also the member of a French popular music group, Quai No. 5.

Olivier Patey gained a deserved reputation as the most talented clarinetist of his generation. He is a music lover and shares his passion with his friends from the Malher Chamber orchestra where he is the principal clarinet, and with Arties festival of which he is the mascot.
