Nithyasree Mahadevan is an eminent Carnatic Vocalist who has learned music from her mother – Lalitha Sivakumar – and her grandmother – DK Pattamal. She has performed in all major sabhas all over India and abroad. An 'A' grade artist with AIR, she has been awarded many titles such as Yuva Kala Bharathi, Innisai Maamani, Kalaimamani etc.
